To return an unwanted item for a refund please return in a new unused, saleable condition with the completed exchange and returns form within 28 days. Please be aware, personalised products such as monogrammed socks, fall outside our standard returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please ensure you retain all the packaging, paperwork and that the socks are returned unworn and undamaged.

Christmas Notice: We've extended our usual limit for returns.
Any purchases made online between 1st November and 31st December 2023 can be returned up until 31st January 2024.
For purchases made from 27th December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
UK - DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed from 12 noon on Friday – Sunday will be dispatched by Tuesday latest (if no bank holidays affect these dates).
Standard delivery normally takes 2-4 working days.
All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
All standard deliveries within the UK are dispatched via Standard Tracked delivery at a cost of £5.00 and will be delivered between 2-4 working days.
Express courier delivery in the UK will be sent to you at a cost of £7.50. Your order will need to be received by Pantherella by 12:00 noon, Monday - Thursday and your order will be delivered within 1 working day, however please be aware delays may occur due delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that this delivery method is for UK addresses only and requires a signature upon delivery.
All Pantherella orders will be delivered in a discreet Pantherella mailing carton and your Pantherella socks will be beautifully wrapped and packaged to ensure the safe arrival of your new socks.
We hope that you are completely happy with your new socks, however, if you aren't, there's no need to worry.
Exchanging or returning your order is quick and easy and you have 28 days to do this in.

RETURNS
All online customers have a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Pantherella give you 28 days to return your products. All goods returned must be in a new unused condition together with all tags and label intact and in a suitable condition to be resold.
Please note for hygiene reasons socks are not refundable IF WORN under any circumstances unless a fault is found. NB. If items are found to be faulty after they have been worn, please ensure they are washed before returning.
There is no need to call or email before you return the item.

All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and sent back to the address on the returns label provided on your returns form. Please ensure you request a proof of postage from your local Post Office/postal courier when you are sending the goods back to us. We are unable to accept returns in person at our registered office.
Once your return has been received a quality control check will be completed and your refund will be issued. Please note that credits can take up to 10 working days to be processed after receiving your return.
Where there is a fault with the products received, your refund will include the original cost of the item in addition to the cost of the postage you paid to have your order delivered in the first instance.
If you require an exchange on a like for like product simply fill in the applicable Pantherella's Exchange and Returns Form below and tell us which item you are returning along with the details of the new item you would like.

Then send the form and your item(s) back to us in their original condition within 28 days. Once we have received the parcel we will send your new item to you.
